Avec Eric provides an insider’s view of the professional life and lifestyle of one of the greatest chefs in the world today. Each episode is a journey from the restaurant to food source to your own home. As one of the most creative culinary talents in the industry, Eric shows where his inspiration comes from through a direct, hands-on exploration of the world’s most celebrated food personalities, producers, ingredients, locales and cultures.
Our goal was to create a culinary content brand around three Michelin Star Chef, Eric Ripert, that can be used as a vehicle for like minded brands to reach Eric’s audience.
Avec Eric is a content brand with three Michelin star chef Eric Ripert, led by a two time Emmy and James Beard Award-winning series broadcast in over 189 countries. The television series, which originally aired on PBS before shifting to Cooking Channel for its third season, takes viewers to the source of Eric Ripert’s culinary inspiration.
It was entirely funded by brands including Tourism Australia, Cuisinart, S.Pellegrino and more, exposing these partners to a new audience, while receiving premium content to use on their own channels.
The content brand extended to retail partnerships including a custom designed Eric Ripert kitchen with Poggenpohl, cookbooks, digital publishing partnerships (inc. with Yahoo! and Squarespace), events, advertising and earned media.
